SHIPPING COSTS

Order is sent using the shipping method selected by the customer.

We offer free shipping within New Zealand on all orders over NZ$200.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are picked and packed within 2-3 working days.

New Zealand - 2-4 working days

Australia - 2-3 weeks

Rest of the world - 2-3 weeks

CHINA ORDERS

We have special courier where customs tax is all included.

China orders require a National ID Upload as per Government Regulations.
Large orders require multiple addresses.

DELIVERY DELAYS UPDATE

Due to Covid, the estimated delivery time will take longer than usual.

All parcels are still shipped on time but there are some delays due to flights cancellations.

EXCHANGE OR RETURNS

We do not accept any exchanges if you have changed your mind.

For any faulty items, you must contact us immediately. Any late enquires will not be acceptable.

We accept no liability for any goods lost or stolen in transit outside of New Zealand.

We will assist you with the claim with the courier.

We highly recommend you use courier service to avoid the loss.

DELIVERED ITEMS

If your parcel has been returned to us due to delivery problems such as:

* Addressee has not collected the parcel 

* Delivery address is incorrect

Additional shipping fees will be charged for extra shipping costs.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept any cancellations.
