SHIPPING COSTS
The minimum shipping cost is calculated for the first kg.
The order is sent using the shipping method selected by the customer.
Add your items to the cart, then select the country of delivery, and the system will calculate the shipping cost.
The maximum weight for each parcel: 3kg
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are picked and packed within 3-5 working days.
New Zealand/Australia - 1-2 weeks
Rest of the world - 2-3 weeks
EXCHANGE OR RETURNS
We do not accept any exchanges if you have changed your mind.
For any faulty items, you must contact immediately after delivery. Any late enquires will not be acceptable.
We accept no liability for any goods lost or stolen.
We will assist you the claim with the post office.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
If your parcel has been returned to us due to delivery problems such as:
* Addressee has not collected the parcel
* Delivery address is incorrect
** You will need to pay additional shipping fees (both ways) for the order to be resent.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept any cancellations.
