PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Due to high demands of some items, we can provide pre-order service and we will inform you once the stocks are available. Once you've placed the "pre-order", you cannot cancel it unless we have confirmed your order cannot be fulfilled. Refund will be issued after.
REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds once the order has been confirmed.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
We do not accept return or exchange unless the item has quality issue.
Please contact us immediately. Items must be returned to us within 5 days of being received.
All items must be returned in original packaging. Otherwise we cannot process the exchange.
If the parcel has returned to us due to any delivery reasons, all extra postage costs and customs fees incurred are payable by you.
SHIPPING
our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
Our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.
Little Kiwi Market is not responsible for any shipping problems (such as missing items, damage, lost or stolen…etc.) and shall not be held liable for any delays beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
Any shipping problems are held by the courier company. We will assist you to contact the courier company for any claims. Any refunds are based on the courier company's decision.
Little Kiwi Market will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Any local duties and customs charges should be paid by the buyer. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.
